You don’t need to be a professional confectioner to make the perfect chocolate-dipped strawberry thanks to Dolci and these handy little tips.
Thoroughly wash berries and pat dry. Make sure they are completely dry before dipping!
Keep Dolci in the container to melt. Microwave at medium or 50% power. Stir at :30 intervals until fully melted and smooth, about 2 minutes. Remember! Melted chocolate retains its shape until stirred.
Carefully hold a berry by its leaves, stem, or use a toothpick. Slowly dip and submerge 3/4 of the berry into the melted Dolci Frutta. Bring up the berry, shaking it softly to remove any excess chocolate. Gently turn the berry upside down, hold for a moment before letting it set. Then, set on wax paper to set.
Have some fun with your berries and decorate them with nuts, candy, sprinkles or anything else you might enjoy! For best results: add finishing touches while berries are still wet.
