White Valentine’s Day Strawberries
With fresh strawberries, a creamy white chocolate coating, and Valentine’s sprinkles, these strawberries are perfect for gifting or celebrating at home.
Ingredients
- 1 canister Dolci Frutta White Melting Wafers
- 1 container of strawberries
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Melt Dolci according to canister directions.
- Hold strawberries by their leaves and dip into the melted Dolci. For tips on dipping the perfect berry check out our dipping guide! Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Use a spoon or your fingers to top with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
Tips
Wait just a moment before topping the dipped berries with sprinkles. The coating should be set enough to hold, but still slightly wet.
