Dubai Chocolate Berries
A rich chocolate shell, a creamy pistachio filling, and a finishing sprinkle of pistachios. These Dubai Chocolate–inspired strawberries bring a touch of indulgence and elegance to any celebration.
Ingredients
- 1 canister Dolci Frutta Chocolate Melting Wafers
- 1 container of strawberries
- 1 7 oz jar pistachio cream
- Pistachios, peeled and crushed
- ¼ cup crispy shredded phyllo
- Piping bag
Directions
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Remove tops and hull strawberries.
- In a small bowl, mix pistachio cream with crispy shredded phyllo. Transfer mixture to a piping bag.
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Melt Dolci Frutta according to package directions.
- Carefully dip the strawberry in melted Dolci (it’s okay to get messy). Set on prepared baking sheet.
- Top berry with crushed pistachios.
- Using gloved hands (to avoid leaving finger prints), fill the hulled strawberries with the pistachio cream mix.
- Drizzle remaining Dolci over top of the pistachio cream and top with more crushed pistachios.
Tips
- Wait just a moment before topping the dipped berries with pistachios. The coating should be set enough to hold them, but still slightly wet.
- Turn unused Dolci, pistachio cream, and strawberries into homemade Dubai chocolate strawberry cups!
