Chocolate Caramels
Tender caramel coated in rich Dolci Frutta for a perfectly indulgent homemade treat.
Ingredients
- 1 canister Dolci Frutta Chocolate Melting Wafers
- Homemade caramels or caramel candies
- Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
- Melt Dolci Frutta according to package directions.
- Coat caramel candy in Dolci using a fork. Lift the caramel and shake the fork slightly, allowing for excess chocolate to drip off. Place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Top with flaky sea salt.
- Allow to set in the fridge for 10 minutes or on the counter until dry.
Tips
Dip the caramels quickly, as prolonged contact with the warm Dolci Frutta can cause them to soften and melt.
