Caramel Turtles

Crunchy pecans, soft caramel, and a smooth Dolci topping come together in these easy, crowd-pleasing chocolate turtles.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper.
  2. Arrange pecans in a single layer, clusters of 5 on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Top with a spoonful of caramel. Let sit to harden.
  4. Melt Dolci Frutta according to package directions.
  5. Top hardened caramel with a spoonful of melted Dolci.
  6. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
  7. Allow to set at room temperature until hardened.

Tips

Make sure the caramel layer is touching all five of the pecans in each turtle cluster.
