pretzels into a fun treat
with Dolci
• Pretzel rods
• Dolci Frutta White and/or Original Chocolate
• Sprinkles
• Waxed paper
1. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package.
2. Dip pretzel rod in Dolci Frutta, swirl and slowly remove, gently shaking off any excess chocolate.
3. Hold pretzel rod over waxed paper and add your sprinkles over the chocolate, turning the pretzel rod to get all sides. Place on waxed paper to dry.
Make delicious frozen

• Bananas, cut into halves
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
• Dolci Drizzlers Chocolate or White Chocolate
• Popsicle sticks
• Sprinkles or toppings of choice
1. Melt Dolci Frutta and Dolci Drizzlers Chocolate and White Chocolate according to the package.
2. Place popsicle stick in banana half. Dip banana in Dolci Frutta and place on a baking sheet with waxed paper. Repeat with remaining bananas.
3. While bananas are drying, drizzle Dolci Drizzlers over top or add sprinkles and other toppings. Place baking sheet in freezer until ready to eat.
Homemade chocolates filled
with caramel, peanut butter,
raspberry and more!
• Small candy mold tray
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
• Dolci Frutta White Chocolate
• Caramel, raspberry preserves, peanut butter, or other filling of choice
1. Melt Dolci Frutta and Dolci Frutta White Chocolate according to the package.
2. Spoon melted Dolci Original Chocolate into a candy mold, filling it about halfway. Use a paintbrush or knife to coat the side of the mould with the chocolate. Repeat with the remaining moulds, alternating between original and white chocolate.
3. Spoon the filling of your choice into the center of the chocolate moulds. Pour the remaining chocolate over top. Place tray in freezer until ready to serve.
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
• 12 oz. condensed milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Small caramels, individually wrapped
• Pecans
• Dolci Drizzlers White Chocolate (optional)
• Waxed paper
1. Unwrap caramels into a saucepan with condensed milk and vanilla and melt together. Cool for 30 minutes.
2. On a sheet of waxed paper place 5 pecan halves in a circular shape with ends meeting in the middle.
3. Place a spoonful of the caramel mixture in the center, allowing it to ooze over the sides.
4. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package and pour a spoonful or two of the melted chocolate over the caramel turtles and let dry.
5. For “spotted” turtles, dot your finished chocolate turles with melted Dolci Drizzlers White Chocolate.
Upgrade your plain croissant
(or any other baked good!)
to a an ooey gooey
delicious chocolate
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
• 1 Package of frozen croissants
• Dolci Drizzlers Rich Chocolate (optional)
1. Open package of frozen croissants and place on a baking sheet.
2. Cut a slit through the inside curve of each frozen croissant.
3. Place a few Dolci Frutta wafers inside the croissants.
4. Heat croissants as directed on the package
5. Optional: After croissants are baked, heat and drizzle Dolci Drizzlers on top for added chocolate.
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
• Peanut butter (or substitute other nut butter for peanut-free option)
• Paper-foil miniature muffin cups
1. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package.
2. Using a spoon, coat the inside of the paper foil cups with the Dolci Frutta but do not fill all the way.
3. Spoon a small amount of peanut butter (or substitute nut butter) into the cups leaving a little room at the top.
4. Place more melted Dolci Frutta in the cups, covering the peanut butter.
5. Let cool until chocolate has hardened and serve.

• Graham crackers
• Jumbo size marshmallows
• Miniature candies such as Pop Rocks, Nerds, Mini M&Ms or coconut flakes
1. Place jumbo marshmallows between to graham crackers.
2. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package. Squeezing the marshmallow between two graham crackers, dip one side of the s’more into the melted Dolci Frutta.
3. Place dipped s’more on waxed paper. Sprinkle miniature candies over the s’more and let dry. Repeat.

• Topping Options: Roasted almonds, cashews, dried fruit, puffed cereal, shredded coconut. Mix and match to try a variety of flavors!
• Baking sheet with waxed paper
1. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package.
2. Pour melted Dolci Frutta into the baking sheet with waxed paper and smooth it out until the chocolate fills the sheet and is about ¼” thick.
3. Sprinkle your toppings evenly over the chocolate.
4. (Optional) Melt Dolci Drizzlers according to package and drizzle white chocolate over your bark.
5. Place sheet in the refrigerator to chill. Once chilled, break the bark into pieces to serve.
A DIY twist on your
favorite childhood candy.
• 1 ½ cups sweetened coconut flakes
• ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
• 12 almonds
• Dolci Frutta Original Chocolate
1. Melt Dolci Frutta according to the package.
2. Place coconut and condensed milk in a blow, stirring until mixture comes together. Shape mixture into egg-shaped mounds and press 2 almonds into each mound.
3. Using a fork, dip the coconut mounds in Dolci Frutta chocolate until it is entirely covered. Set on parchment paper to dry and place in fridge to cool.

1. Pour mixed nuts into a mixing bowl.
2. Melt Dolci Frutta according to package.
3. Pour melted Dolci Frutta over nuts and mix until every one is coated in chocolate.
4. Lay a sheet of waxed paper over a hard surface.
5. Take a spoonful of the chocolate nut mix from the bowl and place it on the waxed paper.
6. Continue placing spoonsful of chocolate coated nuts on waxed paper and let dry. Serve immediately.
