Party Truffles

What you need:

1 Container Dolci Frutta Rich Chocolate Shell

2 Tbsp. Heavy cream

1 tsp. Butter

1 tsp. Vanilla

Saco baking cocoa

Baking sheet with waxed paper


1. Follow the Dolci Frutta melting instructions, stirring while heating to ensure a creamy consistency.

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the melted Dolci Frutta and beat with a whisk until you reach a thick, fudgy consistency. Place your mixture in the refrigerator and let chill.

3. Once chilled, scoop a small portion of mixture into slightly wet hands and roll into a small ball and place on waxed paper. Repeat.

4. Pour baking cocoa into a small bowl. Take each fudge ball and roll in the baking cocoa. Shake off excess cocoa and place on serving dish.
