Instructions:
1. Wash strawberries, blot with paper towel and allow to thoroughly air dry.
2. Follow the Dolci Frutta melting instructions, stirring while heating to ensure a creamy consistency.
3. Hold strawberry by stem or place toothpick into the hull, dip it about ¾ of the way into the Dolci Frutta chocolate.
4. After dipping, gently shake to remove excess chocolate. With a twist of the wrist, turn the chocolate-coated strawberry upside-down.
5. Roll strawberry in sprinkles or topping of choice and set it down on waxed paper to dry.
6. Repeat, alternating toppings to create a beautiful platter of assorted berries!
